What's Happening in the Neighborhood?
After a long hiatus from in person meetings, initially brought on by Covid, we are back. A few things have changed. Meetings will now be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the months April, August, October and February. The time and location have remained the same; 7:00pm at Aurora First United Methodist Church, 3240 Tucson. The first meeting back will be on April 9th, 7:00. During this meeting we will be holding elections. All board seats are open, so we will need to elect a new President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. We also need to examine and agree on the new updated By-Laws. Hope to see you on April 9th.
A little about us. . .
Morris Heights is located in North Aurora. We are located just a mile north of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, which houses the University of Colorado Hospital, Children's Hospital, University of Colorado Medical Campus and the VA Medical Center. Morris Heights also has good access to RTD's light rail, fast track and bus lines.
Morris Heights is very lucky to be surrounded by some excellent restaurants and amenities.

Bistro Elaia-in the Anschutz Wellness Facility, it offers all healthy yet delicious treats
Chipotle, Noodles& Co, Smashburger, Nom Nom Asian Grill, Which Wich, IHOP and Caribou Coffee are a short bike ride away

Anschutz Health and Wellness Center-a state of the art fitness facility
Park Lane Pool-a great place to cool off in the summer
Sand Creek Regional Greenbelt-a wonderful place to take a walk and enjoy nature. The Fitzsimons Light Rail station is also conveniently located off the south side of the Greenbelt.
