Aurora neighborhoods are regulated by housing and zoning codes. If you would like to report a violation of a code, please call 303-739-7000.

Our PAR Officers
A PAR (Police Area Officer) is an Aurora police officer who works closely with the neighborhood.  They focus on problem solving, education and prevention. Each officer works closely with residents and businesses in their area.

Access Aurora is the city’s main information and customer service center. The city’s residents, visitors and businesses can contact Access Aurora for answers to all of their questions, a timely response to concerns and questions, and assistance with any issues they may have. Access Aurora provides many options to report code enforcement violations, ask questions, express a concern or leave a comment. Representatives are available between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday
